XTEND® semi-permanent release is AXEL’s trademark for the most advanced mold release coatings available.
XTEND products are proprietary reactive resin chemistry, which is available in both solvent and water-based formulations. XTEND semi-permanent mold releases yield long lasting, tough coatings, ensuring great release, superior mold protection, and long productivity, providing multiple releases for each application.
XTEND is formulated as a systems approach with a complete line of compatible mold sealers and primers.

MoldWiz External Mold Releases are available in water and solvent-based formulations, with lots of options to meet every application and processing requirement. MoldWiz advanced polymeric release coatings including permit multiple release from a single application and leave parts clean and ready for secondary processes. MoldWiz sacrificial release agents are also available, and are easy and economical to use.

PasteWiz® is AXEL’s line of polymer paste waxes.
PasteWiz, and PasteWiz-HC (formulated for hot climates) meet the requirements for conventional paste wax release with two products that have a pleasant fragrance and are easy to apply and polish.
PasteWiz products have a place in every composite molding operation and are preferred by many for the simplicity of use. PasteWiz products are available by the case or pallet in 14oz./ 900g tins, or larger bulk containers.

CleanWiz® is AXEL’s trademark for all mold cleaners and mold strippers.
CleanWiz offers an array of chemical mold cleaners and strippers that can be utilized both in process and offline. The CleanWiz line includes water and solvent based products for both light duty mold cleaning and heavy duty stripping.
